Of the Moon ١٠ ________________
Like the moon which orbits the earth, Once existing as two and then as one, Cores cooled by the laws of reality, Laws derived from an unknown truth,
Like the people who came of the earth, Our essence simultaneously emerged, Saw the world in the image of the moon,
And made my reality and yours the same,
Like the dreams we dreamt as we woke, The only recollection of what we imagined, Left in a place unattached to this earth,
I have gone in search of this fading memory, The memory of my new moon's roots.
